This week my goal is to get the rest of the vaccines. This effort has not been easy as the prices for the meds vary among various clinics/departments and I am hearing different things from different people about what is needed. This is also a difficult time to get the meds because it is "mission" season according to the nurses so I will try to go to the walk in clinic in Winston on Thursday. They have evening hours and try to do both hepatitis shots here. Hopefully they can direct me to the best place to get pills for typhoid and yellow fever, because from what I understand, they don't do these!!
After this is taken care of I can concentrate on getting currency for the country which will be need for tips mostly.
